This group will focus on physical, emotional, and mental growth within the postpartum period. We will talk about and honor all the growth that happens during this change within your life roles: as a mother, a woman, a partner, a friend, etc. We will also process through times where we've felt stuck, hit roadblocks, or been overwhelmed by all the changes occurring. We will do a mindfulness activity with plants/flowers to take home as a keepsake.
