This group focuses on mindfulness and self-care as coping tools. I will introduce the background of mindfulness and give tips and tricks on how to apply it realistically in your busy schedule to help self-regulate. We will also talk about self-care, how it changes as a mom, and how necessary it is for wellbeing.  We will also do some art journaling.  You will be able to take items home to continue growing this skill- no art skills necessary, come as you are :)
