This group focuses on mindfulness and self-care as coping tools. I will introduce the background of mindfulness and give tips and tricks on how to apply it realistically in your busy schedule to help self-regulate. We will also talk about self-care, how it changes as a mom, and how necessary it is for wellbeing.  We will also do some art for self regulation.  You will be able to take items home to continue growing this skill- no art skills necessary, come as you are :)

We will have special guest Alyssa Sekadlo, APNP integrative psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with us to answer questions and debunk common myths about maternal MH conditions and medications. Come with questions!
