This group will be a night for mom's of kids in Early Childhood (aged 2y-6y) to come together in community. We will explore self regulation strategies for moms during those wild tantrums, discuss how to cope with overwhelm and give tips/tricks for managing the "mental load" of motherhood during the early years with young kids. As always, hands-on activities included!
Support doesn't stop after the postpartum period ends! We're here for you- If you're feeling at whit's end and overloaded with how to navigate this time in life, you've found the right spot!
